    This is a brilliant course and I highly recommend for anyone wanting to develop their back bend practice. I spent 3 days building up to completing the whole course, the programme has great warm ups, cool downs and detailed theory around back ned practice.
    I look forward to more courses from Shivatman Yoga and would love to practice with him one day.

    I recently completed my 200HR YTT in Bali where Rohil was one of my favorite teachers! His calming energy and clear instructions are unmatched! I was so excited about this back-bending course as it is a way for me to continue my practice with him all the way back home 🙂
    This course is a game changer for anyone looking to deepen their back-bending practice! Some of the stretches can be intense but, as always, listen to your body and don’t push too hard. It is a perfect course to come back to every week as you’d like to continue building strength and flexibility in your back muscles, or to complete all at once however you’d like!
